Hear from Ken Punter, founder of marketing agency Oppidium, about the trends, behaviours and changes occurring within social media and how it’s possible to continue to successfully connect and engage with your customers, clients, stakeholders and service users.

Learn about the trends, behaviours and changes occurring within social media and how it’s possible to continue to successfully connect and engage with your customers, clients, stakeholders and service users.
